London based professional photographer covering news, portraiture, reportage, PR, events and commercial photography. Formerly a senior staff photographer at South London Press for 10 years.

My work has featured in many newspapers such as The Guardian, Metro, Evening Standard, The London Paper, The Sun, Svenska Dagbladet, The Press Gazette and more.

I’ve covered major news and sports events as well as specialising in portraiture for a range of clients in press, corporate and entertainment industries.

I’ve assisted for photographers Edmund Clark and Matthew Weinreb. During my final year at university I was mentored by Eamonn McCabe at The Guardian for a project on The Young Design Programme.

Guest lecturer at London College of Communication for BA Photojournalism students.

September 2011 – Premiere of The Best Seat In The World, a 25 minute documentary on Herne Hill Velodrome, in collaboration with Daniel McGuinness and Lucia Dehez.
Shortlisted in The Press Photographer’s Year 2010.
Regional Press Awards 2009 – nominated as both News photographer of the year and Sports photographer of the year.
‘Waiting Rooms’ – Group exhibition with five photographers at The Bear, Camberwell, London, Feb 2009.
Nov 2006 – Mar 2007 ‘One Love’ – shortlisted in the One Love competition, exhibited at The Lowry Gallery, Manchester.
Jun 2006 – Commissioned for a permanent exhibition hanging at LCC’s Broadcast Journalism course premises, documenting journalists at BBC London and ITN .
